2021 - 2022 (9m)The client needed urgent help with Power BI reports from their reservation system. Initial needs were solved using a super simple SQL dw and thereafter a more robust analytics system was created with Azure Databricks. Client turnover was 77 MEUR in 2021.
My role: Design and implement meta driven dw for Databricks, build ADF pipelines, data modelling write SQL and PySpark notebooks, technical coaching for the clients team, optimize and create Power BI measures, build Power BI reports for reservations, occupancy, pricing and point of sales, coach client's internal Power BI devs.

01/2022 - 04/2022 (3m)The client needed an analytics system for a very large scale building project. The client requested long-term data storage and BI solution. They required a robust system that was flexible enough to grow with future needs. Construction budget was 800 MEUR.
My role: Design CI/CD pipelines, design a meta driven SQL dw, write SQL procedures, configure ADF pipelines, support team with SQL and ADF.

08/2021 - 04/2022 (9m)The client wanted to modernize and clean outdated on-prem Oracle SQL data warehouse using Azure Data Platform. Old dw was replaced with a meta driven Azure SQL dw utilizing Kimball's principles. Client turnover was 144 MEUR in 2021.
My role: Build CI/CD pipeline for the dw, edit IAC pipeline (Terraform), meta driven dw design, dw data modeling, dw delivery, write sql procedures, build Power BI reports (data model, measures, visualization) for financial reporting and goods volumes, coach client's internal developers.
